We’re thrilled to announce the start of our field research on Roma culture as part of our project — ROMA SOUL FOOD! 🌟
In the stunning natural surroundings of Bački Monoštor, we explored culinary traditions, memories of food rituals, Roma recipes, celebrations, and music 🎶🍲
On behalf of CEPOM, interviews were conducted by Haris Deutsch and Maja Vasiljević and our inspiring interlocutors were:
Ivan Civrić, Marija Mišković, Aleksandar Petrović Švabo, Ivica Mišković, Aleksandar-Saša Oršeš, and Ana Balog.
The Qualia team from Larissa, Greece — composed of researchers and filmmakers Alex Touloum, Sotiris Pappas, and Stelios Kourmpalis — captured a rich collection of visual material that will soon be featured on our project profiles under.
